Anchor Program™ – Recovery Support & Stabilization

Residential Stabilization for Crisis, Substance Use, and Co-Occurring Mental Health Conditions

Up to one year of ongoing support to help you stay grounded, navigate life’s challenges, and continue building your recovery.

Breakthrough Recovery Centre provides continuing care in Canada for graduates through the Anchor™ Program, offering post-treatment support that extends recovery beyond the walls of residential care.

Healing does not end at graduation, it continues into the everyday moments of life, work, and relationships. At Breakthrough, this next chapter is supported with the same clinical care, compassion and structure clients relied on in-centre, not left to chance. This includes weekly counsellor connection and flexible check-ins, delivered in a way that respects each graduate’s independence while keeping meaningful support close at hand.

What Is Anchor?

The program includes:

📞 Weekly check-ins through phone or text
💬 Guidance through real-world challenges
🛡️ Strengthened coping strategies and accountability

Unlike residential treatment, Anchor does not involve structured daily programming, but it maintains the same trusted clinical relationship and focuses on sustained recovery.
