Family relationships often play a significant role in both addiction and mental health recovery. At Breakthrough Recovery Centre, family sessions are offered as a structured, clinically guided component of residential treatment when appropriate.
Family involvement is intentional, consent-based, and focused on supporting recovery while maintaining emotional safety for everyone involved.

- After initial stabilization

Where Family Sessions Occur
- Family sessions may take place:
- In person at Breakthrough Recovery Centre
- Virtually, when appropriate
- Format is determined based on clinical suitability and logistical considerations.
Number of Family Sessions by Program Length
- 4-Week Residential Program
• 2 Family Sessions - 6-Week Residential Program
• 3 Family Sessions
Additional sessions may be recommended for longer programs based on clinical need.
