Program fees are based on reserving a bed, staff, and clinical services specifically for each client. 

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled admission date will receive a refund of the deposit less a 10% processing fee. 

Cancellations made within 7 days of admission are non-refundable, as staffing and program resources have already been fully allocated. 

Once a client is admitted, all program fees are non-refundable, including detox, medical, and clinical services once started or incurred. In rare cases of medical withdrawal, any possible refund for unused residential days will be reviewed case-by-case, after deducting all services already provided.
